Health Services
As a member of Hebrew Health Care, SummerWood reflects the special attention to detail and commitment to your well-being that is the hallmark of all Hebrew Health Care programs including:
- On-site registered nurse and health aides
- Visits provided right in your apartment by licensed nurses, aides, or therapists from Hebrew Community Services' Home Health Agency or an agency of your choosing
- On-site appointments available in our exam room with a member of the Hebrew Health Care medical staff, or your community primary care physician.
- Outpatient rehabilitation services provided by Hebrew Rehabilitation Group at SummerWood.
- Coordination of health services by member services staff
SummerWood cares for your well-being in less formal ways as well. Our attentive staff looks in on you if they haven't seen you, or if you don't look quite yourself. They can help coordinate your medical appointments with physicians that you see outside of SummerWood. And of course, we offer a variety of special group and individual fitness programs to keep you in shape and up to speed.
