Partnering

The Hospital at Hebrew Health Care complements the care provided by traditional acute care hospitals, long term care skilled nursing homes, and assisted living residences.  We welcome patients whose needs have temporarily evolved beyond the capabilities of these facilities, and encourage patients to return to the referring facility once we have sufficiently stabilized and improved their condition.
