How We're DifferentThe Hospital at Hebrew Health Care offers:
The Difference Between The Hospital at Hebrew Health Care and The Hebrew HomeHebrew Home is a long-term skilled nursing facility providing chronic health services to residents who are medically stable but can no longer live in the community. The Hospital at Hebrew Health Care serves elderly patients experiencing an exacerbation of symptoms of chronic conditions and patients with one or more behavioral needs, including both Hebrew Home residents and patients referred by other facilities or physicians. The Hospital at Hebrew Health Care is a certified Medicare and Medicaid provider. Coverage from third party payors may also be available. How We’re Different From “Regular” HospitalsTraditional hospitals provide high quality care to the non-elderly, and to the elderly with straightforward health needs. The Hospital at Hebrew Health Care’s board-certified geriatricians are specially trained to address the unique needs of the elderly population, with an emphasis on treating complex elderly health needs.
