Patient Advocate - Kristen Kinney
Ms. Kinney has been part of the Hebrew Health Care team for seven years. In 2004, she assumed the role of Administrative Operations Manager and Patient Advocate. She has been actively involved with residents, helping them to resolve personal concerns and with the Resident Council, helping them affect change on a global level. Ms. Kinney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. She serves as an active member of Connecticut Women in Health Care Management. She attended the state-wide Voices Forum of Resident Council Presidents sponsored by the Office of the Health Care Ombudsman of the State of Connecticut.
