Hebrew Community Services offers health services, outreach programs, and care coordination to enable many older people throughout Greater Hartford to live successfully and independently in their own homes and communities. As part of the Hebrew Health Care family, Hebrew Community Services offers the same high quality care that is the hallmark of all Hebrew Health Care programs.

At Hebrew Community Services we are committed to helping you remain in your own home through adult day centers, home health services, and the Lifeline emergency response system.

All services of Hebrew Community Services are provided by Hebrew Health Care employees who are trained and supervised by Hebrew Health Care.
